  1. Introduction is the online shop for the exhibition and distribution of products through the internet of the sole proprietorship “Margarita Georgiou”, with the distinctive title “Blue Margarita” (hereinafter Blue Margarita), based in Athens, 12 Soutsou (TIN: 150037822 , Tax Office of Psychiko).

Make sure you agree to the following terms and conditions because your further use and browsing of the website implies your explicit and unconditional consent with them.

Blue Margarita reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store. Please note that the change of terms does not include orders that you have already placed.

  1. Information & products provided

Blue Margarita is committed to the completeness and validity of the information provided on its website, both in terms of the existence of essential features that are described for each product it has, as well as the accuracy of the data are provided by its online shop, subject to any typographical errors, which have escaped attention or have occurred unintentionally or due to any interruption of the website due to force majeure.

  1. Registering with our site

Your registration is optional. You can make a transaction either as a visitor or as a user.

If you continue as a visitor, no information will be saved and you will have to repeat the process of registering your data every time you visit our site and want to place an order.

If you choose to register on our site, you will be asked to enter your current, accurate and complete details. The account password you enter must be unique and confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

By creating a user account you have the following options:

– Complete history of your purchases.

– Shipping details are already stored in your account and appear automatically when you want to make a purchase.

– Add jewelry to the “FAVORITES” list, so that there is easy access to jewelry that you wish to buy in the future.

On each page there is the option “LOGIN / REGISTRATION” on the top right (in case the browsing on our site is done from mobile or tablet, this option is located in the burger menu on the top right of each page). Clicking on this option displays the login / registration page. Fill in your details [e-mail and password, consisting of at least seven (7) characters] in the right column entitled “registration”. The process is completed by pressing the “REGISTER” option.

  1. Getting ready for your purchase

To make purchases on this Site, you will be required to provide your personal details, such as your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information, according to the form provided on our Site, as well as payment details. By submitting an order to us, you warrant that the provided payment details are both valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

If you are under 18 years of age, please do not register with this Site. Under no circumstances, Blue Margarita will accept orders from those under 18.

  1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, which means that the items in your shopping basket are not reserved and are available to other customers until the completion of your purchase.

  • Select the product or products you are interested in Blue Margarita e-shop.
  • Select the size and / or material you want and click “Add to Cart”.
  • When all the products you want are added to the Cart, proceed to the completion of the order.
  • You will be asked to fill in the delivery details, the shipping method and the payment method.
  • Verify that all products and information are correct.
  • Click “Complete Order”.
  • You will receive confirmation of the order via e-mail, at the email address you provided.

In the unlikely occasion that we can not complete your order for any reason, you will be sent an e-mail to the address you have provided, stating the reasons for the inability to execute the order.

Blue Margarita reserves the right to reject or cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is no longer available.
  • Billing information is incorrect or not confirmed by banks.
  • Your order is suspected of fraudulent behavior.
  • We could not deliver to the address you specified.
  • Force majeure.
  • In case of incorrect data, price or other incorrect information on our website.
  1. Pricing Policy-Payment Methods

Since the registered office of the company is in Greece, all transactions are made in Euros and you will be charged in Euros.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit/prepaid card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note, that if you purchase from a country which has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card. The exact shipping cost is determined by the shipping method and the delivery address.

  • Payment by credit / debit card

After completing your order, you are automatically transferred to the Piraeus Bank environment where you can proceed with the payment. Your order will not be shipped unless the payment is successfully displayed in our system, which is usually made within 1 business day. The cards we accept are VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.

  • PayPal

Transfer to the secure PayPal environment to complete your transaction.

  • Payment upon delivery (cash on delivery):

Payment of the exact amount of your order in the courier (for purchases only within Greece with a charge of 1.50 euros extra, when the total amount of the order is below 50.00 euros).

  • Payment at our headquarters

If you choose to pick up your order yourself from our site you can pay in cash or by debit / credit card such as VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO.

* The company reserves the right to change prices without further notice.

** In each market, VAT is calculated in advance. 24% and is included in every transaction made in Greece.

Price Changes: Blue Margarita reserves the right to change the price of products without prior notice. Any orders completed before this change are shipped with the purchase price.

  1. Shipping Methods


Shipments within Attica are made with a delivery time of 1-2 working days, while for the rest of Greece (land or island destinations) the delivery time is 1-4 working days. All domestic shipments are made in collaboration with Fis Courier.

The cost of the simple shipment is € 3, while the cash on delivery service has an additional cost of € 1.50. For orders over € 50, shipping is free. You can also pick up your order from the headquarters of our company (12 Soutsou, Mavili Square, 11521 Athens), by appointment, free of charge.


Shipments to foreign countries are made with:

  • Elta, registered mail service of the Hellenic Post, cost 6 € regardless of destination. Indicative delivery time for Europe: 3-10 days, all other countries: 10-20 days.
  • DHL, the cost varies depending on the country of destination. The indicative delivery time is 2-4 days and the cost is for the countries of the European Union 14 € and for non European countries is 18 €.

Cash on delivery service is not valid in foreign countries. Shipping is free when the order exceeds € 100.

* Customers outside the European Union are subject to any delays that may result from customs clearance, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company is not responsible.

* In case of force majeure, the company does not take responsibility for the delay or non-delivery of the product.

  1. Security and Delivery

Blue Margarita insures each purchased product during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the shipping destination. In case the order is not delivered due to a mistake of the carrier, the company can deliver the order within three (3) working days without any charge to the customer.

All Blue Margarita products are provided to you in a special packaging that ensures that they will get to you absolutely secured and at excellent condition. In case you receive an order with a damaged packaging, please contact us to confirm the damage and replace your order.

Our goal is to send all orders within 1-3 working days. Our company can not be held responsible for delays in shipments beyond our responsibilities, including, but not limited to, the following: Customs, strikes of various services, terrorist attacks or threat of terrorist attack, demonstrations, urban unrest, natural disasters, weather, fire, epidemics, invasions, damage or destruction of public and private telematics networks.

Shipments and deliveries take place at the address you entered and it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details. The company does not take responsibility for non-delivery of products due to an error in the registered data. If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up it or because the courier company or the post office failed to complete the delivery, you will bear the costs of the resend.

  1. Customs

Customers outside the European Union are subject to any additional charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company bears no responsibility.

If you refuse to pay the taxes, the order will be returned to Blue Margarita, and the corresponding refund will be made. Shipping costs are deducted from the corresponding amount to be credited.

  1. Promotions / Offers

Promotions: provided that we have received your prior express consent, we have the right to send you, at regular intervals, promotional e-mail messages, in order to be informed about the news of our company.

Discount Codes: only one discount code can be used per order. Blue Margarita reserves the right to refuse or cancel a discount code without further clarification.

The use of discount codes is subject to stock availability.

  1. Unjustifiable Withdrawals/ Returns policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days (upon receipt) without giving any explanation. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement, before the expiration of the above 14-day period. The basic condition for the withdrawal is that the returned product has not been used, is in excellent condition, just before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, etc.) which should not have any damage, and with all the contents of the original packaging. You can fill in the withdrawal form that you will find here and in the menu at the bottom of our site and include it in the return package or send it to us completed in our email (

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all the money we received from you, including shipping costs if you had chosen the lower cost delivery method offered by our company. Additional shipping costs due to your choice (eg DHL) are not included in the shipping costs that will be refunded by our company. The refund to you will be made within 14 days from the day we receive the product of your purchase. We will execute the above return with the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed with us for something different where in this case, any additional costs are borne by you.

You only bear the cost of returning the products and it is at your discretion and responsibility to choose the way of returning and delivering the products to the company.

In case the above conditions are not met, or at least one of them, we reserve the right not to accept the withdrawal.


The company provides the opportunity to change one piece of jewelry with another within 30 days from the date of receipt. The basic condition for the change is that the returned product has not been used, is in excellent condition, just before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, etc.) which should not be damaged and with all the contents of the original packaging. The company covers the following cases:

– Change (because you want to change your choice)

– Change (because you received the wrong order)

– Damaged product

The original products will have to be returned to the company’s headquarters and shipping costs for the whole process are your charge, except in the case of a damaged product. We inform you that if you have the opportunity to come to the headquarters of our company to make the change, replacement or repair, the process of shipping costs is omitted.

In case of repeated returns by a customer, reserves the right to refuse to accept product return, due to abuse of the right to replace the product, even if the above terms and conditions are met (art. 281 of the Civil Code).

Blue Margarita reserves the copyright of the website and the information published on it (such as photos, texts and logos including HTML and other codes contained on the site). This information is protected in accordance with Law 2121/1993 “On the protection of intellectual property and related rights” without prejudice to any rights not expressly granted here. Permission is granted for the temporary use of a copy of the material (information or software) on the for personal and non-commercial use. This is information, not copyright. Any personal data that you declare anywhere on the pages and services of the website, are kept solely for reasons related to your transactions with us, the improvement of the services provided and the operation of the respective service and not may be used by any third party (except where provided by law to the competent authorities only). How we use your name / business details, address, phone, email:

  • For sending orders: It is necessary to know your contact details for the correct and timely shipment of your order.
