DO I NEED TO CREATE A USER ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can complete the purchase, either as a regular visitor or as a User.

HOW DO I ORDER?

You can search for our jewelry by category (bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings). On the page of each piece of jewelry, there is the option of enlarging the image, as well as other photos. If a piece of jewelry has some special features (size, material, etc.) you must first select one of the available options and then add it to your cart. Whenever you are ready, click on the “COMPLETE ORDER” option, which appears in your Cart.

You will receive a confirmation of the order via e-mail, at the email address you have indicated to us during the order.

HOW CAN I FIND MY SIZE?

It’s important to know the exact size of the rings or bracelets you are. If you do not know it from your other jewelry, consult the Size Guide which can be found here.

WILL THE JEWELRY I RECEIVE BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS IN PHOTOS?

Every piece of our jewelry is handmade without exception. It is therefore impossible to be identical to those in the photos and the slight differences that might exist are due to the human factor.

Also, although we make every effort, the photos may not accurately capture the size, texture or shade. Pay attention to the photos, especially those in which the jewelry is worn on a model, and the details of the description.

HOW CAN I CHANGE A JEWELRY?

You can change one piece of jewelry with another within 30 days from the date of receipt, in the following cases:

  • Change (because you want to change your choice)
  • Change (because you received the wrong order)
  • Defective product

You have the obligation to return the product in the excellent condition you received it. The basic condition for the change is that the returned product has not been used, is in excellent condition, as before its sale, in its original packaging (box, etc.) which should not be damage and with all the contents of the original packaging.

The original products must be returned to our headquarters (Soutsou 12, 115 21 ATHENS) and the shipping costs for the whole process are yours, except in the case of a defective product. We inform you that if you have the opportunity to come to our workshop to make the change, replacement or repair, the process of shipping costs is omitted.

In case of repeated returns by a customer, bluemargarita.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept product return, due to abuse of the right to replace the product, even if the above terms and conditions are met (art. 281 of the Civil Code).

IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE?

All our jewelry is thoroughly checked before being sent to you. However, in case you receive any defective / damaged jewelry, contact us, sending photographic material. We will replace or repair it, if possible, at our own expense. Send the jewelry together with the purchase receipt to the headquarters of our company, Blue Margarita, 12 Soutsou 115 21 Athens, Greece or come yourself by appointment. Once we receive the defective product, we will replace it within 3 working days.

WHAT ABOUT WHOLESALE?

Yes, we would be happy to work together, as long as we do not cooperate with another shop in your area! If you have a physical shop, send us your info (name, shop details) at info@bluemargarita.gr and we will send you our wholesale catalogue.
